Construction of an Unshed takes 2-3 months depending on the model, and up to 1 month in design. However, if your city requires permitting that can greatly vary build time.

Your Unshed can be whatever you need or want it to be. It could be a poolhouse, an art studio, a gym, an Airbnb rental, an office space, or anything else you can think up. We’ll work with you to best configure your space for whatever amazing uses you can think up.

All of our Unshed plans have the capabilities of adding electricity, heating, and plumbing according to your needs.

In most cities, you are free to build one of our Unsheds. make sure to check with your local building codes to find out if you need a permit to place it on your property.

Our Unsheds are fully customizable. If you have a vision of what you want, we’ll work with you from one of our base plans to make it happen.
